For over 33 years, entrepreneurship has been more than a profession for me—it has been my greatest teacher.
Coming from an agricultural family, I started my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19, while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree. What began as a small computer training centre with just a single room gradually evolved into a diverse business group spanning multiple industries.
Over the years, I successfully built and led businesses in:

- Computer Manufacturing
- IT Distribution & Sub-distribution
- Mobile Distribution
- Service Centres
- CEHA
- Fashion & Lifestyle
- Training & Education
IIn 2008-09, our group achieved an annual business turnover of over ₹100 Crore, serving more than 1,500 dealers across Kerala.
I was privileged to become one of the first women entrepreneurs in Kerala’s IT Hardware industry, at a time when very few women ventured into the technology business.
Throughout this journey, I travelled to more than 25 countries, learning from global businesses, meeting inspiring leaders, and receiving numerous awards and recognitions for my contributions to entrepreneurship over the last three decades.
But success in business was only one chapter of my story.
Building Life Coach Sheeja
What began as a mission during the pandemic has now grown into one of Kerala’s trusted personal development platforms.
Together with my daughter and co-founder, Anitta Jai Joseph, we have built a learning ecosystem dedicated to helping individuals develop confidence, emotional resilience, leadership, career clarity, financial awareness, and a growth mindset.
Our work combines practical life experience, modern coaching methodologies, behavioural science, emotional intelligence, and lifelong learning to create meaningful and lasting transformation.
